SSABHI is an equal opportunity organisation that prioritises the professional needs and aspirations of its members.
SSABHI members stand to gain from the following:
Being a regional organisation, members will have an opportunity to build international and interprofessional networks and relationships.
Because of the diversity in the team, members will have access to information on all the latest research findings, meetings/conferences, training and funding opportunities.
SSABHI members will benefit from capacity building opportunities organised by SSABHI or its partners. Members would benefit from discounted training fee rates for key global and regional capacity building activities.
Members may leverage the SSABHI blog, mailing list and social media platforms to showcase success stories of community interventions or disseminate research outcomes.
SSABHI Members are eligible to be appointed into leadership positions in the governance team and the Thematic Working Groups.
Due to increased knowledge on the maintenance of brain health, career growth, membership of a healthy community, and satisfaction derived from accomplishment of professional targets, SSABHI members would have a better chance of achieving optimal brain health.
